Where Do We Go?

With food prices dramatically increasing, oil and gasoline prices at all time highs, coupled with the fact that atmospheric CO2 and Methane levels have significantly increased in 2007, the answer to that question has never been clearer.

Well thought out words delivered in emotional speeches will help, but only to keep awareness of Global Warming and Energy Independence, in the forefront.

The Mission does the one thing that will proactively address Global Warming and Energy Independence; It Takes Action Now.

The route is clear and the talking is over. It is time for action. We have to remember the past, work diligently in the present and take back our future.

Will addressing Global Warming have people walking everywhere and working on farms?

I was having a discussion with a gentleman and we started talking about Global Warming.  To paraphrase the conversation, after a minute or so of the conversation where he would bring up one point and I would counter it, the gentleman looked at me and said, “Well I haven’t researched it much”, and he stopped talking and turned to leave. I asked him to stay because I honestly wanted to hear his thoughts. He opened the door and as he was leaving he said, “I don’t want to go back when everybody worked on farms”.

The short answer to the question is, NO. Addressing Global Warming is not going to take us back to the mid 1800’s. In fact, addressing Global Warming will strengthen national security, grow the economy and create jobs.

We all have to work together and start to aggressively address Global Warming and Energy Independence, NOW.
