Where Do We Go?

With food prices dramatically increasing, oil and gasoline prices at all time highs, coupled with the fact that atmospheric CO2 and Methane levels have significantly increased in 2007, the answer to that question has never been clearer.

Well thought out words delivered in emotional speeches will help, but only to keep awareness of Global Warming and Energy Independence, in the forefront.

The Mission does the one thing that will proactively address Global Warming and Energy Independence; It Takes Action Now.

The route is clear and the talking is over. It is time for action. We have to remember the past, work diligently in the present and take back our future.

Will energy costs increase if we address Global Warming?

I keep hearing politicians say, we must address Global Warming now but what they do not say publicly, without prodding, is that their plan will increase energy costs. I wish I could sit down with these politicians and get a better understanding of their plan and its costs.

Why? Because addressing Global Warming does not have to increase energy costs. Wait, let me rephrase that sentence. If you take the correct approach, use the correct technology, implement and execute the program properly, energy costs will not rise.

I have an idea as to why politicians are stating energy costs will rise when they address Global Warming. They are doing the one thing that it seems our Government is good at; allowing the industries with the most exposure to the issue, to take control of rectifying the problem.  I am not saying we need or want more Government Regulations, what I am saying is, that as a people, we need to take back control of the decisions that directly impact us.
